Box Breathing with HypeRate

Building a startup is hard. And so is streaming. While we were creating some new widgets, we decided to turn our knowledge about lowering your heart rate and stress into beautiful, pulsating  and interactive experience. A proven method, that we use all the time to test our widgets and play around with new hardware.

Intoducing: Box Breathing with HypeRate

If you’re not into meditation but need the feel to relax for a few moments, breathwork can significantly enhance your mood and reduce anxiety. Scientific studies indicate that just five minutes of deep breathing can outperform meditation when it comes to reducing anxiety, respiratory rate, heart rate, and HRV.
Sounds like the perfect tool to calm down after your stream, or a long day of work!

Here’s how it works:

- Inhale deeply for a count of 4 seconds.
- Hold your breath for another 4 seconds.
- Exhale slowly over the course of 4 seconds.

Repeat this 4-6 times and feel the unhype. Completely relaxed. Ready to chill, or throw yourself into more work.

You will be amazed when you see what happens to your resting heart rate.
